Background:
The enzyme encoded by this gene catalyzes removal ofmono-ADP-ribose from arginine residues of proteins in theADP-ribosylation cycle. Unlike the rat and mouse enzymes, whichrequire DTT for maximal activity, the human enzyme isDTT-independent.
