Background:
Cusatuzumab is SIMPLE antibody targeting CD70, which is an immune checkpoint target involving hematological malignancies, various solid tumors, and various autoimmune diseases. cusatuzumab aims to block CD70 by killing CD70-expressing cancer cells through complement-dependent cytotoxicity, enhancing antibody-dependent cell-mediated phagocytosis and enhancing antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity Immunological monitoring of solid tumors.
