Application Note:
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.Western Blot:Approx 75kDa band observed in Human Lung and Testis and in Mouse Kidney, Lung and Testis lysates (calculated MW of 79.9kDa according to Human NP_443187.1 and 79.8kDa according to Mouse NP_001153896.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3ug/ml.An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 17kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.Immunohistochemistry:Paraffin embedded Human Kidney. Recommended concentration: 5ug/ml.
