Application Note:
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.Western Blot:Approx 40kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines NIH3T3/3TL (calculated MW of 39.1kDa according to NP_057090.2). Additional faint bands of 26kDa and 18kDa were also observed, and were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Recommended concentration: 0.2-0.6ug/ml Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.Immunohistochemistry:Paraffin embedded Human Pancreas and Kidney. Recommended concentration: 3.75ug/ml.Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the nuclei and cytoplasm/ vesicles of U2OS cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.
