Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Approx 100kDa band observed in lysates of NIH/3T3 (calculated MW of 77.2kDa according to NP_001155.1 and 77.0kDa according to NP_663722.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Zambrano et al, J Biol Chem. 1998 Aug 7;273(32):20128-33.; PMID: 9685356). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3ug/ml. Primary incubation was 1 hour.
