Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:1000.Western Blot:Experiments gave bands at approx 70kDa and 60kDa in Human Skeletal Muscle lysates after 0.1ug/ml antibody staining. These bands correspond to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Chang et al, Cancer Res. 2007 Jan 1;67(1):100-7.; PMID: 17210688). This protein has a calculated MW of 64.7kDa according to NP_647593.1. Recommended concentration: 1-3ug/ml.
