Application Note:
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:1000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments gave an approx 75kDa band in Rat Pancreas lysates after 1ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 25.0kDa according to NP_006818.3. The 75kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.Immunofluorescence:Expression of the protein seen in the Golgi and cytoplasm of Glioblastoma U251 cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.
