Antibody Production Services

• In Vitro Antibody Production
  Our in vitro antibody production methods have demonstrated a 5-25 fold increase in yields over conventional monoclonal antibody cell culture techniques. Serum and serum-free media formulations are available. Production usually takes 4-6 weeks depending upon the cell line. Purification using protein G or A is also available. All client cell lines must be certified mycoplasma-free before use. The assay can be performed in your laboratory or in ours for an additional fee.
• Ascites Monoclonal Antibody Production
  Our ascites production is ideal for large quantities and higher concentrations of antibody as compared to in vitro production. This method creates a greater concentration of antibody by providing an excess of nutrients required for hybridoma cells to secrete antibodies. Ascites is a practical option for hybridomas that do not produce well in vitro. We can utilize cells from our own monoclonal antibody development or from your laboratory’s unique murine hybridoma line. Production usually takes 6-8 weeks, depending upon the cell line.
