TMIGD2 Immune Checkpoint

TMIGD2 (transmembrane and immunoglobulin domain containing 1), also known as immunoglobulin-containing and proline-rich receptor 1 (IGPR1), is novel adhesion molecule that is expressed in multiple tissues, primarily in cells of epithelium and endothelium origins (1). TMIGD2 is thought to be involved in angiogenesis and regulates cellular morphology, homophilic cell aggregation, and cell-cell interaction. TMIGD2 activity also modulates actin stress fiber formation and focal adhesion and reduces cell migration.

Mouse Monoclonal TMIGD2 Antibodies

ProSci’s monoclonal immune checkpoint antibodies made to improve in vitro studies. Unlike antibodies developed using proteins made in yeast or bacteria, these TMIGD2 antibodies are developed with antigens expressed in mammalian cell lines, giving the most native post-translational modifications to the protein. They are guaranteed to work for their tested applications.

Mouse Monoclonal TMIGD2 Antibody Set

Sets consist of 20µg aliquots of several mouse monoclonal antibodies with different binding features allowing for selection of the best clone for your application.

Mouse Monoclonal TMIGD2 Antibodies

ProSci’s Risk-Free TMIGD2 antibodies are rigorously tested and guaranteed to work for their designated applications. TMIGD2 antibodies were raised against the extracellular domain of human TMIGD2.
