<b>ELISA of anti-4-1BBL antibody on 4-1BBL-Fc fusion protein.</b> Binding curves of the r chimeric version of the anti-4-1BBL antibody TKS-1 (24-546; red line) and isotype control (3.0- anti-Fluorescein; blue line) to an ELISA plate coated with mouse 4-1BBL Fc-fusion protein (Pr00129-1.28) at a concentration of 5 ug/ml. A 3-fold serial dilution from 10-000 to 0.17 ng/ml was performed using 24-546. For signal detection- a 1:4000 dilution of HRP-fused anti-rantibody was used.
