Application Note:
ACRP30 antibody can be used to recognize human DR6 by Flow Cytometry. Method: 0.5 μg of rhsACRP30headless was resolved by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, transferred to nitrocellulose and incubated with the Ne.Na mouse monoclonal antibody at a 1 μg/mL dilution for 1 hour. Proteins were visualized using a peroxidase-conjugated antibody to mouse IgG and a chemiluminescence detection system.
Purification:
Adiponectin (monoclonal Ne.Na) antibody was purified from concentrated hybridoma tissue culture supernatant. Adiponectin (monoclonal Ne.Na) antibody was purified to ≥95% in SDS-PAGE.
