Application Note:
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Approx 100kDa band observed in Human, Mouse and Rat Spleen lysates (calculated MW of 103kDa according to NP_001093.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1ug/ml.An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 75kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any such results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
Specificity:
This antibody is expected to recognize all reported isoforms (NP_001123476.1; NP_001093.1; NP_001123477.1).
Predicted Molecular Weight:
Approx 100kDa
Purification:
Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
