Application Note:
CD34 antibody can be used in immunohistochemistry starting at 10 μg/mL, and flow cytometry. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.

Recognizes the mouse CD34 cell surface glycoprotein. Mouse CD34 is expressed by hematopoietic progenitor cells in the bone marrow and also by endothelial cells.
