Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments gave an approx 75-80kDa band in lysates of Human Brain (hippocampus), Kidney, Spleen and Thymus after 0.1ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 53.0kDa according to NP_000789.1. The 75-80kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.

Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
