To a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100ul/well), a concentration of 4.0-8.0 ug/ml of this antibody will detect at least 500 pg/ml of recombinant human IFN-gamma when used with ProSci's biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human IFN-gamma (XP-5155Bt) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 2.0-4.0 ug/ml.
To detect Human IFN-gamma by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.20-0.40 ug/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for recombinant Human IFN-gamma is 1.0-3.0 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions.

Storage Conditions:
IFN-γ lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1 - 1.0 mg/mL. The antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4°C when reconstituted.
