Serological studies of influenza A virus, immunogen for antibody production. Has been tested with MAb to Influenza A in ELISA. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

> 90% pure (SDS-PAGE). Ultracentrifugation using 10–40% sucrose gradient.
