Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Human kidney using [KO Validated] LAMP1 Rabbit mAb (A22357) at dilution of 1:200 (40x lens). High pressure antigen retrieval performed with 0.01M Citrate buffer (pH 6.0) prior to IHC staining.

Immunoprecipitation of [KO Validated] LAMP1/CD107a from 200 µg extracts of HELA cells was performed using 0.5 µg of [KO Validated] LAMP1/CD107a Rabbit mAb (A22357). Rabbit IgG isotype control (AC042) was used to precipitate the Control IgG sample. IP samples were eluted with 1X Laemmli Buffer. The Input lane represents 10% of the total input. Western blot analysis of immunoprecipitates was conducted using [KO Validated] LAMP1/CD107a Rabbit mAb (A22357) at a dilution of 1:2000.
Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 knockout (KO) HeLa cells(negative control,left) and Hela cells (right) were intracellularly-stained with LAMP1 Rabbit mAb (A22357, 2.5 μg/mL green line) or Rabbit IgG isotype control (AC042, 2.5 μg/mL, blue line), followed by FITC conjugated goat anti-rabbit pAb(1:200 dilution) staining. Non-fluorescently stained cells were used as blank control (red line).
