Background:
Labetuzumab govitecan (IMMU-130) is an antibody drug conjugate that integrates anti-CEACAM5 antibody labetuzumab with cytotoxic drugs (http://www.chemdrug.com/) SN-38. Carcinoembryonic antigens corresponding to antibodies can be detected in plasma (http://www.chemdrug.com/sell/76/) and have high expression in many solid tumors (especially CRC).
