To a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100ul/well), a concentration of 2.0-4.0 ug/ml of this antibody will detect at least 300 pg/ml of recombinant human MCP-1 when used with ProSci's biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human MCP-1 (XP-5218Bt) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1.0 ug/ml.
