Background:
Mirikizumab is humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that targets p19 subunit binding to IL-23. Currently, mirikizumab is being developed for a variety of immune diseases, including psoriasis, UC, and Crohn's disease (CD), of which the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis is already in phase III clinical practice.
