Application Note:
MMP3 Antibody can be used for Immunohistochemistry in paraffin embeded tissues starting at 5 μg/mL, and Western Blotting starting at 0.5 - 4 μg/mL.
Specificity:
The antibody recognizes the MMP-3 of human, mouse, rat, horse, and rabbit origins. Reactivity to other species has not been tested. The antibody detects the 55 kD full length and the 21 kD cleavage fragment of MMP-3.
