<strong>Figure 2 Immunohistochemistry Validation of MNDA in Human Spleen</strong><br>Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human spleen tissue using anti-MNDA antibody (9645) at 1 μg/mL. Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 10% serum for 1 h at RT; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation with a citrate buffer (pH6). Samples were incubated with primary antibody overnight at 4°C. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1/250 was used as secondary. Counter stained with Hematoxylin.

Background:
MNDA Antibody: MNDA controls the expression of MCL-1 and BCL02 in chronic lymphocytic leukemia cells. MNDA is also a useful marker in the recognition and differential diagnosis of marginal zone lymphomas. MNDA has a role in regulating programmed cell death in myeloid progenitor cells, and its down-regulation in myelodysplastic syndromes is related to granulocyte-macrophage progenitor cell sensitivity to TRAIL-induced programmed cell death.
