1.Immobilized Mouse IL-12A&IL-12B at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human IL12RB1 with a linear range of 0.001-3.3 ng/mL.2.Recombinant Mouse IL-12A&IL-12B stimulates cell proliferation of the IL2-activated mouse splenocytes. The ED50 for this effect is 0.01- 0.03 ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity of 3.3×107~ 1× 10 8 units/mg.3.Measured by its ability to induce Interferon gamma secretion by human natural killer lymphoma NK-92 cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.63-2.54 ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity of 3.94×105~1.58×106 units/mg.
