Biological Activity:
1.Immobilized recombinant Mouse IL-17F at 2μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind recombinant Mouse IL17RA with a linear range of 31.25-163ng/mL.2.Measured by its ability to induce IL-6 secretion by NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells in the presense of 2 ng/mL TNFα. The ED50 for this effect is 10.18-140.72 ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity of 2.46×104~9.82×104 units/mg.
