Background:
Naxitamab is humanized monoclonal antibody that targets GD2 antigen. GD2 antigen is expressed on the surface of tumors generated by neuroectoderm, including tumors such as neuroblastoma, melanoma, and osteosarcoma. Naxitamab can trigger antibody-mediated cytotoxicity and activate the complement system in the immune system by binding to the GD2 antigen on the surface of the tumor, thereby achieving the effect of killing the tumor.
