NOS3 / ENOS Antibody can be used for Immunohistochemistry in paraffin embeded tissues starting at 5 μg/mL, and Western Blotting.
Specificity:
Recognizes eNOS/NOS III, Mr ~135kD. Species cross-reactivity: Human and bovine. Predicted to cross-react with mouse, guinea pig, pig, rat and canine based on sequence homology.
