Unconjugated
Tested Applications:
ELISA, IHC
Application Note:
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments gave an approx 25kDa band in Human Testis lysates at 0.2ug/ml. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the predicted size of approx. 39kDda according to NP_006470. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Human Testis shows nuclear staining in spermatocytes and spermatids. Recommended concentration, 4-6ug/ml.
Specificity:
This antibody is expected to recognise both reported isoforms.
Purification:
Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Polyclonal
