Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments gave an approx 37kDa band in Human Testis and Placenta lysates after 0.3ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 62.5kDa according to NP_065897.1. The 37kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.Flow Cytometry: Flow cytometric analysis of NIH3T3 cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.
