Western blot analysis in ZR-75-1 cell line and mouse spleen tissue lysates (35ug/lane).
Fluorescent confocal image of Hela cell stained with TBX6 Antibody . Hela cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.1%, 10 min), then incubated with TBX6 primary antibody (1:25). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:400).Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor 555 (red) conjugated Phalloidin (7units/ml). Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue) (10 ug/ml, 10 min). TBX6 immunoreactivity is localized to nucleus significantly.

Background:
This gene is a member of a phylogenetically conservedfamily of genes that share a common DNA-binding domain, the T-box.T-box genes encode transcription factors involved in the regulationof developmental processes. Knockout studies in mice indicate thatthis gene is important for specification of paraxial mesodermstructures.
