Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments in Human Brain (Cerebellum, Cerebral cortex, Hippocampus) lysates gave no specific signal but low background (at antibody concentration up to 1ug/ml).
